Whatever you are doing in the training and expectations of your staff – keep doing it – because the service from everyone at the wedding reception on Saturday was excellent; and all of your employees were so pleasant and polite. We are sometimes quick to criticize and slow to praise, so thank you for the courtesy shown to our families and our guests.

You were so helpful, efficient, professional, pleasant and caring to work with, when planning for my special dinner. Nothing was a problem when I spoke to you or when I e-mailed you. A very big thank you to you and all the staff who made our stay with you so great. We THANK the friendly professional staff for all the hard work they do to prepare Stonelea for guests. We loved the delicious meals prepared by your chef (favourites the pumpkin crepes and the Atlantic Salmon for dinner and the pin wheel tuna sandwiches for lunch), the clear pool (it may have been cool out of the pool but it was very refreshing to do our laps in), the golf course and volley ball court, our clean neat rooms, the beautiful gardens (we love the magnificent roses, the willow tree beside our cabins (it makes a perfect back drop for our family photos) and the magnificent gum we look out onto each morning when we wake), the tennis courts, the billiard table and TV room, the new dining room chairs and red glasses.

Thank you to the waiters and waitresses who served us each meal (so good that you are still there Chris) and for taking our group photo. Once again our time with you went so very fast but we all look forward to spending our 16th year with you in 2009 with massages, warm spa swims and maybe clay shooting!!!!
